Jefferson County Highway Use

            The Jefferson County Board of Commissioners has responsibility for maintaining the public highways under its jurisdiction per Chapters 5547 and 1723 of the Ohio Revised Code as necessary to preserve the integrity, operating  safety and function of the highway facility.  Permits and details for use of the county right of way can be obtained in person at 598 State Route 43, Steubenville, Ohio 43952, or through the links below.
